Into the Glass is owned and operated by Wayne Turner.  Wayne has extensive experience in wining and dining, having worked in some of the finer bars and restaurants in culinary capitals such as New Orleans, Los Angeles, Seattle, San Francisco, and Dallas.  From simple beverages to coursed meals, he has an innate ability to make suggestions that will satisfy any palate.  Wayne is a well-respected chef and wine lover in the area, and his opinions on food and wine are sought by his peers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  As a Grapevine resident, he has a vested interest in the success of the Historic Downtown area, and is an active supporter of those merchants.
